Common Billing Mistakes and 

DDReports Error Messages

I can't log in

Trouble logging in to DDReports?


Go to www.ddereports.com  


Your username is your full email address.


Your password is whatever password you created when you received the email link.


If you have lost your password or need other assistance,  please contact your Village Director for help.

"There are no hours available for this service"

Our kiddos are allotted a certain number of hours per year from the state. You can check how many are available by logging in, going to your time card on that child, and clicking "Check for Auths". 


You (along with any other providers the child has) must stay within the allotted totals for that time frame. If you run out or go over, the additional hours cannot be paid.

"There is no authorization for this service"

Our kiddos usually have an authorization from the state that lasts one year. You can see the start and end date by logging in, going to your time card on that child, and clicking "Check for Auths." 


Once the authorization has expired, it usually takes the Support Coordinator a couple weeks to get the new one in. During that time, you won't be able to enter your hours but once it's in, we can back bill for you. In the meantime, just hand write your time on your printed time card.

"There is already a claim in the system"

This error means that someone else has claimed time on this child during the day and time you're trying to enter.  This may be another Hab or Rsp provider who is mistaken about his/her clock in or out time, or a therapist if you brought your kiddo to therapy. 


If you're having an overlap error, please contact your village director who can enter it for you if it's a therapy overlap or contact the other provider to work out a proper clock in or clock out time.
